Biomolecular Exploration from Halophilic Bacteria
Indonesia memiliki banyak habitat halofilik yang masih sangat terbuka untuk dieksplor lebih intensif. Halofil adalah mikroorganisme yang dapat hidup pada kondisi ekstrem dengan kadar garam tinggi, pH tinggi, dan temperatur tinggi. Penelitian kami fokus pada isolasi bakteri dari habitat ekstrem Indonesia dan karakterisasi biomolekul potensial seperti Biosurfactant (Rhamnolipid), Bioplastic (PHB), Ectoine, dan Levan.
